Tamam today?

Tamam means complete, all good.

The five prayers, with a tap to tick each, and a calm page for the rest of your day.

Dhikr, Qur’an, a line in a journal, and three rings to close. Free, with no adverts, and a friend sees only what you choose.

Get it on iPhone

Free. For now it installs through TestFlight, Apple’s app for trying apps before they reach the App Store.

Tamam’s Summary at 15:48, drawn with the app’s own parts. Try Prayed; the rest is a picture.

Saturday 24 October at 15:48. Fajr and Dhuhr prayed, Asr is now until Maghrib at 17:52. 4 of 14 done today.

One day with Tamam

A Saturday in London, from Fajr to Isha.

Fajr الْفَجْر

Prayer times are worked out on your iPhone for your town. If Fajr is nearly over and you have not ticked it, Tamam can remind you 20 minutes before sunrise.

The note shows the prayer and the time and, if you count make-up prayers, one line about them. Once you have ticked, no note comes.

The reminder at 07:20, twenty minutes before sunrise.

Dhuhr الظُّهْر

Pass your step goal and Walk ticks itself from Apple Health, or tap it after a walk.

Lights out ticks itself the next morning, from your sleep.

Body after a walk, ticked with a tap, with lights out still to come.

Asr الْعَصْر

After the prayer, the tasbih counts your dhikr. Tap anywhere on the screen to count.

If you choose, a page of Qur’an a day counts towards your Deen too.

The tasbih after prayer, at 12 of 33.

Maghrib الْمَغْرِب

A friend you invite sees which of the five prayers you ticked today, and you see theirs.

They see

  • Your name.
  • Which of the five prayers you ticked today.
  • Your Deen ring, from the five prayers alone unless you share all of it.
  • How many shared habits you ticked today, and the share kept since your first day.

If you start a competition or a khatm together, they also see your points or your juz.

They never see

  • Your journal, Self care, medication, notes, private goals, health numbers, town or email.

An invite link works once, within 24 hours. Remove a friend at any time and sharing ends both ways.

A friend’s page after Maghrib.

Isha الْعِشَاء

Before you sleep, pick how your heart is and write one line. The line is yours alone, and the journal keeps no streaks.

The journal: how your heart is, and the line you wrote.

“The most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small.”

The Prophet ﷺ, in Sahih al-Bukhari 6464 and Muslim 783.

Free, private, and yours to delete

  • Free, with no adverts

Nothing to buy, no tracking across apps or websites, no analytics company, and your information is never sold.

  • Kept on Tamam’s own server

In Helsinki, in the European Union. Your town is kept only for prayer times, rounded to about a kilometre, and private goals never leave your iPhone. Tamam never sees your Apple password.

  • Delete everything in one go

In Settings, Delete my account and data removes your account and everything in it straight away; copies in backups are gone within 60 days. Or use the Delete your account page.

Start with the next prayer

Tamam is free on iPhone. Tick one prayer today and see how the day feels.

The button opens Apple’s TestFlight: tap Accept, then Install. If TestFlight is not on your iPhone yet, Apple shows you where to get it.
